**Liva Environmental Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.** has successfully completed the delivery of its automated internal precision vibration isolators for vibratory bowl feeders. The products have been duly delivered, installed, and commissioned, providing professional vibration protection to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the customer's automated production line feeder systems.

The customer's production line extensively employs vibratory bowl feeders and other automatic feeding equipment. As a critical component of automated manufacturing lines, these feeders generate high-frequency vibrations and reactive forces on the floor, which not only affect feeding accuracy and consistency but also transmit vibrational energy to surrounding precision equipment. This can potentially compromise the overall line stability and product yield.

In automated production lines, vibratory bowl feeders achieve oriented arrangement and automatic conveying of materials through high-frequency electromagnetic vibration, making them indispensable feeding equipment in industries such as electronics, semiconductors, automotive parts, and pharmaceutical packaging. However, the vibration issues arising from their long-term continuous operation have become increasingly prominent:


**Vibration transmission interference**


The high-frequency vibrations generated by the feeders are transmitted through the floor to surrounding equipment, which may affect the positioning accuracy and operational stability of precision inspection instruments and assembly robots.


** Noise pollution.** 


 Noise generated by the rigid contact between vibratory bowl feeders and the floor can have a long‑term impact on the workshop working environment and employees' occupational health.


**Equipment displacement and wear.**


Continuous vibration may cause gradual displacement of the vibratory bowl feeder itself, affecting feeding alignment accuracy, while also accelerating wear at the contact interfaces between the equipment and the floor.
