Recently, Liva Shanghai completed the bulk supply of rubber shock absorbers for high-speed presses to a hardware manufacturing enterprise in the Yangtze River Delta region. All products have been installed, commissioned, and put into mass production on-site, establishing a long-term vibration damping protection system for heavy-duty stamping equipment.
Project Overview
The manufacturing enterprise specializes in stamping processing for automotive components and electronic terminals. Its workshop is equipped with multiple large-tonnage high-speed presses and hydraulic cutting machines. Continuous stamping operations generate high-intensity alternating impact vibrations. Over time, this can cause displacement of machine anchor bolts and accelerated die wear, leading to dimensional deviations in stamped workpieces and a significant reduction in product yield. Vibrations transmitted through the floor also interfere with nearby precision inspection instruments and generate persistent structural noise, constraining standardized production management in the workshop.
This project selected high-load-capacity rubber shock absorbers as the core solution:
1.Featuring a specially formulated weather-resistant rubber compound, offering balanced load distribution, oil resistance, fatigue resistance, and long service life.
2.Efficiently absorbing instantaneous stamping impacts and blocking bidirectional vibration transmission, well-suited to the high-oil-contamination environment of stamping workshops.
3.Capable of withstanding 24/7 continuous alternating loads in demanding conditions, meeting the long-term vibration damping and noise reduction standards required for industrial mass-production workshops.
